How do you check support tickets [Solved]
So how do I check tickets I submit? I had to send one in since they suspended my account for spending money on their service, but how do I check it to know if it went through. They have changed everything since I last played.

I sent in a ticket, but how do I check it, I didn't get an email and their support isn't the same as it used to be.

You didn't receive an auto-mail back? Which email service are you using?

The only way to check is once you receive the automatic mail you receive after you send the ticket. For some weird reason, some receives the mail while others don't.

No email, but I'm not too worried, I've had to deal with this in the past so I'll get support to fix it eventually. I'm just frustrated cause I wanted to roll that paragon table again, since its been so long. LOL

Im having the same issue. I sent in a ticket- didnt receive one back. Sent another ticket, got an automated response. My account has been suspended for a day and still has the "error" next to my name. If I find out anything, Ill let ya know

It can take up to 3 working days for a reply. Weekends aren't included in the wait.

Well, the wait game begins for me to.
My account is also blocked, who knew that not playing for a few years will be a violation in the eyes of aeria ^^

It's a lot more like a security measure to prevent fraud and protect your account from unwanted access from people that's not yourself if you're referring to AP suspensions.

If you are not able to play the game because you got blocked/banned from playing somehow, check your account's email and see if the company sent you anything about the issue (inbox + spam) because they will email you if you violated their terms of service.

Their support used to be a lot better honestly. But 2 business days and nothing for me so I guess I can just hope that they fix mine on Monday. This is a really stupid "security" system considering the fact that by the time your account is fixed you might not even be able to use your AP on the item you initially wanted.

I can agree with this. For some reason, it got slower after they merged with Trion's support system.

It has always been like this ever since for first time buyers/buyers who never spent AP for 6+ months who buy through third party applications like Steam, etc. Buying directly from the website should not have given this error prompt.

The only difference is that back then, billing support will be able to attend to you within the day you sent your ticket most of the time regardless if it was the weekdays or weekends. Right now, it's back to 'wait up to 3 business days' after changing things with the company.

At this point I've waited over 3 buisness days and my ticket that shows over 5 days waited. So support is like 2 times slower so far then last time I had to deal with them. Maybe tomorrow they'll fix it.

I have the same problem. Did they remove the "ERROR" message? How long did it take?

After putting your ticket it could take up to 3 business days not including the day you put it in. It took a total of 6 days for me. Its an annoying wait especially if you wanted stuff that only available right now. Anyways in the future just get your AP on their online store since apparently that doesn't cause this whole mess.

Also note tickets are through gamigo now so to check your ticket you'd need to login there. I'm not sure how it works if you don't already have a gamigo account.
