White Login Screen Crashes

So, I've been having these problems for a while now. And it doesn't just affect Aura Kingdom, it affects all Aeria Games. Whenever I press the "Play Now" Button, the login screen appears white, then the launcher crashes. I really want to start playing again, and this issue is preventing me to do so. I need assistance, if you don't mind.

I don't know how to fix it but I can tell you a guaranteed way to not get it fixed... send a ticket to Aeria '- '

Yeah, already crossed that option off my list of where to ask for help. Still need some help though.

I just installed the game and I have this problem.. Sad to see there is no fix.

i figured it out :) i had to go into steam view the local files then open the properties on _launcher.exe and launcher.exe on the compatibility tab i hit run as admin and applied when i ran it from steam after it ran fine!! :) let me know if this works for you it solved my problem

Sorry, but it didn't solve my problem. Thanks for the suggestion though.
