Secondary Weapon / Subclass??

I recently got to Lv40 and I want to use this secondary feature, but I cant figure it out! I am a Socerer! Thanks for your help!

Do a main storyline quest until you clear Cactakara Forest then the quest will lead you to talk to Belenus and then Andre to get subclass.
