all my old characters are gone
so i left the game for 2 years and i just downloaded it so i had like 3 characters one of them is lvl40+ i want my characters back on server chemira

They deleat certain lvl Chars. if you havent played for a long time

This is the latest post (August 2016) from Aura offical facebook when they deleted characters. www.facebook.com/AuraKingdom/photos/a.506437529431671.1073741828.501075546634536/1122986121110139/?type=3 It is said that on their forum "Characters between level 1 and level 49, which haven't logged into the game during the past 6 months"
Hope this help answered your question, if your character was 50+, it would have still be there
