Someone know what is going on , and why the game is down?

i played this game long ago and it was crowded, and now the place was so deserted. no player on sight and what so ever. am i on the wrong server or something?

Has anyone else had an issue with the game not being able to load with the message "http can't connect. waiting retry download.version.txt .../" If so, is there a fix? I have searched online and cannot seem to find anything. Edit: Game has changed developers and need to download it from X-legends...

no code. No way of transfer, tried to get any response from the support portal where the FAQ puts you from x-legends website.
