How do I play on Manstein, Rommel, Guderian?

I have over 2000hrs playing time but I never played these difficulties, so how?

You have to win a standalone campaign on Field Marshal to unlock these levels.
The standalone campaigns are AK, AC, SC, W.

Although only the last scenario needs to played on FM.
