Do I or do I not have Panzer Corps Gold?

Bought the original game a while back, decided to take a look at the DLC's today to take advantage of the sale, saw they were all gone and folded into PCG. Fine, seems like I was supposed to have been grandfathered into an upgrade, which would be nice. Open the game, no expansions. Hmm, guess I need to buy the gold upgrade then, whatever, log into the store.

Steam won't let me buy Panzer Corps Gold because according to Steam, I already have the game. I can only buy it as a gift for someone else.

Did you click in the right corner down on 'more campaigns'?

Right corner down where? At the launch screen? Or after you click on New Game, and the Afrika/Allied/Sovietkorps campaigns are greyed out?

Yes after clicking new game on the right, but you said that Steam doesn't want you to buy it, so probably, you don't have it, did you pay for 'Gold'? I know there is a thread about this, some other guys reported it

I didn't pay for Gold, no, but when the game loads up the launch screen says Panzer Corps Gold.

The real issue is that, fine, if I don't have it, I'm willing to get it, but Steam will only allow me to gift the game and not buy it for myself because it apparently thinks I already own Panzer Corps Gold.

I can only advise you to contact support, as I said, there were the same problems already..

And I hope you get it, because if you start with the invasion in Poland in '39, it really is a great game!

Interesting problem. I just saw in my library I seem to own gold, too. Most likely, because there is no other version anymore. But if you really want to to buy some dlc, you could maybe look at slitherine shop directly? Not sure if they still sell individual dlc though.

I have Panzer corps gold, and i cannot play as the soviets, or africa corps, anything but the original campaigns. Nor can i buy the DLC separately.
I dont get it.

Nope, im not signed up for news announcements. But regardles, the problem is that i do own the "Gold" edition, and i cannot play as the red army, or anything that was previously a DLC and its now part of the "Gold" edition.

If i own the gold edition, shouldnt i be able to play any of the previous DLCs?

i also have teh same situation. I would be willing to buy the Gold Addition again to get the other campaigns but that doesn't seem to be an option

Long time ago I bought the game without DLC.

Now I 'own' the Gold version (according to the steam information).
But there's no additional content besides the manual.

And I'm not able to re-buy 'Gold' version with DLCs for myself

Same problem for me as well. Pretty ridiculous this hasn’t been fixed as I’d pay for the extra content if I could.
