So far as I can tell, they just renamed the base game to "Gold" and made all the DLC so it cannot be purchased separately. They all still show up as separate items in the "Gold" package.
My Library also shows Panzer Corp Gold, but it also lists the DLC I purchased as separate items. When I look at the PC Gold "package", it shows the individual DLC as either "in Library" or "on Wishlist". Except they don't actually show up on my Wishlist (since they cannot be purchased), and requires console commands to remove and fix the wishlist count.
Wait, so 'gold' has all the DLC, but having gold doesn't mean you have the DLC?
Right.
You have to buy the "Gold" package and be happy with paying for the base game and all your existing DLC again.
You can buy the DLC by buying the "Gold" package on the Store page. You will not be given another copy of the base game (or any DLC you already own). The DLC you do not own will be added to your Library.
Because you bought the game previously, you will be getting a worse deal than new buyers.
So we need to buy the "Gold" DLC pack to get the expansion packs?
