As for reinforcements, first you buy the unit then you click the units list (not sure but one of the row of small round buttons on the right anyway) and that brings up all your undeployed units. Provided you are not already at the maximum number of units that can be deployed in the scenario then you select the unit to deploy, the available hexes to deploy into are highlighted and you deploy the unit.
I do not understand this and will try and dig a little deeper.
Darn HQ, taking my money and not sending me troops. Btw, Patton dismissed me cause I didn't have enough units to fight my way to where I was supposed to set up supply dumps.
I can only think that there is a restriction on some scenarios that prevents deploying additional core units. I've never noticed it before, but then I am usually able to deploy the maximum number of units allowed in the deployment phase.
So I don't know.
Yeah, the Afrika Corps campaign allowed the purchases and deployments. It was the US 42 that was problematic. It is odd, I checked all my core units to make sure I wasn't over the limit, but then again it shouldn't let me buy new units if my core is full. Also, the number of units on the field was not maxed out either. Maybe it was just a bug that persisted in that campaign for some reason.
