Is there a way to deactivate Zombies?

I would love to deactivate Zombies spawning in the tavern, is there an option for it? Or would it be possible to lock the tavern at night, so no intruder can come inside? I would love a "safe space" in this game.

Also, since I play solo is there a way to get other NPC to help around the tavern?

You can buy owls that will wait tables and clean around the place. Not sure how useful they are, though.

The owls are actually real useful. I ended up purchasing 2 of each. Originally started with 1 of each. Placed them on the front porch. They will travel in & out on their own (if turned on).

The cleaner owls will make sure that there are no footprints, spider web, & will clear dishes from the tables. All dishes will be placed either on the shelve for the manual dish washing station, or in the automatic dish washing machine. Check their inventories every so often as they will also collect apple cores. These can be used in the compost box, to make fertilizer.

The other owl will take orders, & haul plates of food, & mugs to the customers. As long as plates & mugs are placed on the serving locations or purchased serving tables.

Is there maybe a cheat code for the Zombies? I am more of a casual player and always get a heart attack if a Zombie spawns in the tavern.

okay thank you 😂 But it's not that they are overly strong, I just find them scary looking.
I really like the tavern mechanic and can't wait to decorate it and make it cozy, but I would love to be able to deactivate the scary parts of the game which gives me stress 😂

Like in Minecraft, sometimes I play with monsters and sometimes I just wanna chill and be creative

Aye, then I need some NPC owl who can swing a sword or an axe, so I can enjoy my creative chill tavern life 😆😂🦆✨

Okay, honestly maybe this game is not for me, buts that's alright too haha 😆
