Royal Delivery Quest - Can't find recipes for Fried Chicken Wings and Assorted Seafood

I'm level 17 and in the middle of the quest Royal Delivery, where a frog lands in a balloon near the tavern and asks you to provide a bunch of food items for the king for 10,000 gold. Two of the items seem impossible to locate - Fried Chicken Wings (5) and Assorted Seafood (5). The frog will not take the "Fried Chicken" recipe or any of the seafood recipes like "Fried Toad Legs" or the fried fish recipes (or any raw seafood ingredients). Also, there's nothing about this online yet.

My royal delivery quest asks for Fried eggs and Fried eggs with mushrooms are these recipes not implemented for cooking yet?

Recipes are unlocked as you ascend in levels. Have a look through your menu tabs...
