What if I lose my quest item in the game?

Hi! I'm from Indonesia. I like to play Ale and Tele Tavern. At some point, I got a quest from the herbalist titled "Component for the Herbalist," which required me to grow and collect mandrake plants.

Here are the details: After obtaining the "mandrake plant," I went to a cave to complete another quest. Inside the cave, there was a chest for storage. Since my inventory was full at the time, I stored some of my items there, including the mandrake plant. After that, I was attacked by monsters and died. I respawned in front of the tavern, and when I tried to retrieve the items I had stored in the chest in the cave, the chest had disappeared along with all the items inside it.

Now, I cannot find the "mandrake plant" from the herbalist, and I am unable to complete the quest.

The point is, I lost my quest item, which is the "mandrake plant," accidentally.

Do you have any solution for this problem? I would really appreciate your help.
