Why does this game automatically turn on my webcam?!

Has anyone else run into this? Load up the game, webcam turns on... exit/shutdown the game, webcam turns off. Why? The game seems fun, but not if it's doing something shady like that.

I didn't know it did that but I don't play multiplayer. Maybe it's a feature for playing with others?

do you mean the webcam light comes on? I would imagine this is because the game supports voice chat and it's probably activating the microphone.

Yeah, what Tom said. If the webcam is also the mic then it's going to activate it.
