Drunk people never seem to leave?

I've had drunk people sitting in my tavern for 20+ minutes singing and stuff... how do I get rid of them? They have green bubbles over their head? I tried hitting them with the axe and broom, neither made them leave.

There was a hotfix that fixed that, they pay now. Patch 1.0.13 on the 8th.
