I realised I haven't gotten the steam achievement to make everything, so I suppose "Ghoul Eye" is the last ingredient. Will update this list once I get there ;-)

Updated and completed.
All potions completed. No need to make the "slop" to get the achievement. Also, rumour is the ghould eye-cave closes after the boss, so clear the cave once, restart the game and go again to gather enough ingredients.

Cave closing was a bug and it's resolved. Happened to me on day 1, but it should not happen anymore.
