Grape Juice vs Wine - am I missing something?

So, my partner and I figured out how to make wine, but grape juice eludes us. The recipe appears in our menu, but we can't figure out how to get the grapes into a barrel using the cooker, like we'd do to make wort. Is there an item we're missing, an item from the merchant that solves the problem, or is there something in the overworld that we need to find?

You have already made grape juice if you've made wine. When you grab a barrel and pick up the grapes from the press to put into the fermenter, that's the grape juice. Just instead of sticking it in the fermenter you just put it on a barrel rack and sell it as is.

Ok, I figured out what happened - we'd actually bought a barrel of wine from the merchant, and didn't actually have a Press yet. Got the press, problem solved. Thanks for being gentle in the reply.
