Good places to look for mushrooms?

Mushrooms seem to be one of the most irritating items to find. Anybody know if there's specific parts of the map that they have a higher spawn chance than others?

It seemed like a lot of the spawns are static. So once we would find where one would spawn we'd run through that area and find it again. Though we could've just been getting lucky.

So I can pretty much confirm you were definitely just getting lucky with finding them, as they never seem to spawn in the same place very often. It seems to be random with where and what kind of mushroom spawns. I've found all three kinds all over the map, but Amanita ones only seem to spawn in the forest near the Deer.

I can confirm that it's somewhat based on your character's location. If you travel too far away, it'll spawn/despawn, so your best bet is traveling in a direction where it would not be obscured by grass and running back and forth a few times.

Got plenty of loot crates/barrels in the swamp that way.

Is there a specific part of the map they're more likely to spawn than others? I seem to find them in the wooded parts of the map more than others.

I prefer to go out in the evening, because they shine and you better

Azure mushroom has to be the rarest to get in bulk, considering latest recipes. Plenty of whites, enough emeralds

I keep getting azure but no emerald ones. i think it is random luck

You can also get them when fishing or in the boxes from the orcs

I wish the Loot chance was higher in the crates. Also need to increase quantity per harvest like 2-3. Maybe even have one of the NPCs offer to purchase

We have had no problem finding mushrooms. At each excursion we found at least 2, mostly 3 or 4.
So far, we mostly find the azure ones.
