Hi, can the game be played completely offline (no internet needed) in single player?

Better still, if one day I run out of internet or most networks are not accessible, I'll still be able to play. This is also important for those who like to play with steam offline.

Especially since most games don't need internet to play. that's handy, in a cellar or bunker, or those, like me, who are against/allergic to 5G.

Edit: In reality, I am allergic to the toxicity of players, and it only takes a little to spoil the pleasure of many.

Not requiring internet connection for singleplayer games is not even a feature, it's absolute standard

Btw, it was obvious for me, until I've seen dev answer with some doubts about it 0_o
