The highest base glory score I've seen generated is about 1.7-1.8k (which usually seems to be a silent hijacking mission), and the highest glory score is 3598, which seems like a 1755 glory mission with that worst possible character.
- Proud and vows: no bonus whatsoever.
- Shaky: +7%
- Glitch sickness: +12%
- Weak: +15%
- Blacklisted: +15%
- Technophobe: +30%
- Frail: +30%
- Dying: +30%
(I'll try to get this into a guide for anyone's further reference)So if we were to rule out the absolute worst configuration for the fact that it's a lot of rerolling for what you could only use for several missions without savefile rollbacks, the best possible would be 90% at Frail+Technophobe+Weak+Blacklisted, at which point I guess it's just you, a silenced gun, a couple traps, and a whole lot of patience.
Thanks! Where are you looking at this? The only thing I've found in-game is the "glorious friends" bit, and I'm not seeing a Web UI leaderboard that is sometimes shown for the games (or did it move from stats menu now?)
Where did you check this? Could you post the effects positive traits have upon the glory score?
I kept rerolling characters until getting only the single trait of interest and then checked the listed bonus for glory missions. All of these are now in this guide under Character Attributes

As far as my own activities go, meet - Angel Horizon, a +87% glory character
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1539680141
I could not get a +90% combination, but also Blacklisted would have generally implied that getting fitting items would be a long grind of looting random ships.
While there's still rerolling involved, I was able to get the +87% character's (which, based on looks and traits, is probably some character's grandma) best score up to 3673 (1964 without bonus)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1540430416
which puts me at the 1st place (not for long, I bet)
Also I could have as well kept rerolling until getting Blacklisted 'cause I now have maybe 6 hours total played on this character, and still have no self-charging guns nor crash/subverter grenade launchers - hard to knock out 60 guards in a seating when your gun only has 16 charges. At least you can always count on there being a couple of defenders with concussive wide-arc shotguns.
I've seen a 3970 (2122 w/o bonus) mission once, but it was a ghost clause steal mission with inventory lock, autopilot, and 50s time limit.
One of the newer top scores (lukep) is 3298 at 40% bonus so the unscaled max mission glory is no less than 2355 now.
I've done a few more missions and personal best is now 4178 (2234 w/o scale)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1540691557
while the highest-scoring mission I've seen is now 4492 (2402 w/o scale)
Maybe it just keeps going on forever now
There are only so many factors that can contribute to glory score. Offworld/Glitcher ships cap out at about 10-12 "segments", and I don't think you get more than 6 guards per segment. I suppose you could have shorter and shorter time limit missions to the point of impossibility, though.
