Can you reload a unique weapon? How does ammo work?
I got myself an awesome armour piercing shotgun but wasted 7shots on the most rediclous personal mission. Do I need to look for missions with shotguns to reload it? A mission with armour peircing bullets lying around?

I've picked up armour piercing bullets before but they dont seem to count as a pick up till you have an armour peircing gun with out bullets.

AP ammo is kind of a pain in the butt. I'm always on the lookout for AP concussion guns (bonus for silenced) because they restock automatically.

Well, if you want Lethal ... Self-charging Armour-Piercing Guns can exist. I love it for the fact I don't have to worry about Armour-Piercing bullets ever on this guy. Fortunately I also was fortunate enough to get mine as Quiet. Shame it wasn't Silent and Quickfire as well.

Its the big reason why this character hasn't been retired yet. He makes a great character to do the Station Liberation missions on.

Armour-Piercing bullets are usually laying on the ground with their little box, so you have to build up Armour-Piercing bullets.

Those exist? I bet I've passed on a few because it wasn't in the name and I didn't even realize it was possible. Wow!

Turns out the quickest answer was to just keep busting into random ships till I got more apropriate bullets.

I feel like an idot for retiring some of my folks now.

Thanks for the interesting info everyone!
