What is regarded "highest tier" weapon?

Regarding bypassing armor. What is the highest tier? What color? Great game!

Yellow quality super concussive armor piercing shotgun was the best I've seen. Being concussive, it was a 16 shot rechargable, rather than using AP ammo, too.

So Yellow is armor Piercing then. Ive seen that on the liberation missions but have yet to find one in the gal yet

Armour piercing Long Blades are my bestest friends. It's a shame there doesn't seem to be a way to unlock armour piercing wrenches though :(

Nope, as far as I can tell, there is no non-lethal melee. Concussion grenades work like a charm for groups, though.

The only armor-piercing concussive melee is Sader's Facebreaker, which is a rare drop.
