You'll definitely have the possibility to demolish buildings in the final version of the game.
As for the second question. Filming on location has a different cost (it's more expensive, if memory serves me right). But most importantly directors (or cinematographers, I frankly don't remember) have separate skills for shooting on locations and shooting on soundstages.
In other words: the same cinematographer can be phenomenal when shooting on soundstages but terrible when shooting on location
As for my second question, any idea if we decide not to shoot any movies on a sound stage, is there a need to build one?
