This seems to be the real weak link in the demo. You have no targeting options after the previously agreed contract expires, just four ad agencies with oblique descriptions. Would also love to help cut and promote a trailer in the weeks leading up to a film's release.

I don't think they had trailers in the 1930s. Definitely not in the way we think of them now anyway.

The game has many features not in the demo but that unlocks as per a similar timing as it was innovated in real life, so I assume that trailers will unlock as they did in real life, which is outside of Act 1 (1929 to 1947) I think.

Trailers have been a thing since the 1910s. Disney himself used to appear in his own trailers in the '30s.

The advertising is still confusing, even after a few playthroughs. I have even developed the statistics building and it tells you to (eg) target men/boys and not girls, but that would only make sense if the target options were like during the first 3 free ad movies you get. After you start paying, the descriptions become those very generic ones and I really don't know who to target ... other than never picking the hamster cartoon :)
