The Quest to kill Wendy Carpenter (Mayor's daughter)

Wendy Carpenter might be immune to agent actions. She managed to dodge 9 kidnapping attempts, each at 42% success chance. Now, it might just be my luck, but I urge you to partake in the challenge.
You can target her with agents either when she is still working for you (promise Mayor to release a movie in 2 years) or after the movie starring her is released by opening the Released Films window in the Distribution Office, navigating to that movie, opening its description and opening her actor card (you can also hire her that way if you so desire).
I did eventually dissolve her in lime (thank you Irish). She has to be working for you, otherwise she is untargetable by the bootleggers. But I want to see her die under torture in a cabin in the woods, against the odds.
This has to be made into an achievement, at least the Mayor has to say something about it, he was pretty chill about it, no unique reaction.

Bingo, 2 star is her cap, film school can limit break her, but that option is greyed out for me, not sure if its bugged or another "coming soon" feature, well at least she doesn't have bad trait so.....

It's only unlocked if you get far enough to decide by policy what direction you want to take the company in, and only if you select Boutique.

Sadly you can't however this was the rout I to wanted to go with her but the game in its infinate wisdom decided her professionalism score should CAP at 2 points?!? So no you can't turn her into a superstar sadly....

You should be able to do so using the second unlock of the boutique path. I wouldn't recommend it though as the boutique path requires winning best picture Polluxes and all of the Pollux gameplay is a mess atm. There is an achievement for getting her to level 10 so it is presumably doable in the time we have.

Edit: You do get to unlock further paths after finishing your first one. I would generally suggest you go behemoth and trashmonger first because of how messy the boutique path is.
