Yet Another Wendy Carpenter thread

Really simple;
What do I do to get Wendy to get past two stars? I've read you choose boutique (and I've built the film school) but it's not just this as you can't pick her to improve as she'd maxed her level at 2.

What other elements do I need to achieve/build/whatever to raise her (and indeed any actor) past their red line level?

It looks like it can be done as there are folks who have this achievement.

You need the building that is unlocked with the second boutique mission.

I've done the 5 artistic actors film, so I'm onto the second mission but no building has become available with it. What building are you referring to?

The only thing I can see that *might* allude to doing this is "Experimental Training" in the film school. If it's that then I take it I just need to complete the second mission and get a Pollux for every category in one year?

The Expereimental Training removes the SKill-Limit completly from any Character, but it has only a 50% Success Chance, so you might have to do it multiple Times.

Sorry, my wording was bad. I should have written "after the second boutique mission" or "with succesful second boutique mission".
