im assuming in the later game events will increase her limit? but currently are not implimented
or you can edit the save to raise her cap

There is away to get her up to 10 stars. The answer will spoil your playthrough. Just go ahead and play it.
could you just say it? I've played it through acouple different times with 46 hours in game so I've 'gone ahead and played it' and not seen a way. you can put things in spoiler tags if you're concerned about answer spoiling.

At this stage of the game, it is impossible to complete this achievement, because to complete it, you need to complete the second quest in the Boutique development path. You need to get 5 Pollux awards for one film, but you cannot simultaneously receive the award for best male role and best female role, since it is given only for the role of the protagonist of the film, and he is singular in the film. It is impossible to have both the main male role and the female role in the film at the same time.

The way you do it is you make a boutique studio, finish all the quests (you won't be achieving this) and then use the mechanic it unlocks to bust through an actor or actress' skill limit, raising her cap. You do this eight times.

Currently getting a pollux in every category with one movie (the second category requirement) seems vanishingly unlikely. There are specific things critics seem to be looking for (the bonegrinder loves taboo subjects and immoral outcomes, for example) but even if you get everything perfect there's enough RNG involved that I don't think it's happening for people. Could be wrong, though

This is, weirdly, not entirely true: if you make a sequel, there is occasionally a bug where you end up with a doubling of every role, including a new protagonist, and that protagonist can be a different gender. I'm not sure how to replicate it, but it happened for me with Rotten Fates II: Stinking Destinies. My actress didn't win any awards, though. Hitler's movie swept most of them that year

Well, it's just impossible to make this quest without any bugs, it all comes down to the second quest in the boutique and the film award. It's impossible for one film to win the best male and female roles without bugs

Thanks, I'm sure this achievement will be great in the full game

The beauty of early access.....the good news, it may be fixed by full release! and you now have more time to try other ways to play.

that is wrong. Protagonist and Antagonist count for the best male/Female award. I made a film, which was nominated in every category (protagonist = female, antagonist = male). The movie was a 9.9/9.9, made threetimes the money of the second best movie in that year, but won no award at all.
thanks a lot all of you for your answers :-)

I'm trying to do the same thing, but antagonist never gets nominated. Even if it is possible to get all the rewards, it seems like almost unachieavable thing to do. Something has to be changed about the boutique path. Best if devs would make it easier to get best actor/actress nominations simultaneously (like maybe making pollux less random with all of these B movies getting rewards and adding possibility to choose two leading roles instead of leading/antagonist), because a movie getting 5 nominations was indeed common IRL. Or atleast make it the final task, so that player can increase the odds maxing out skill and cap of the stuff with school.

But the real thing is just ability to increase cap of the workers. I bet I wouldn't care as much if it wasn't locked behind all of this.
