Any tips to avoid post production tanking my movie?

There haven't been any higher rated employees to bring on for editor and composer, and there ratings are killing my movies.

I max their happiness before their assignment and use the best equipment available.

Just spam movies and let them lvl up, You can also research double exp for speed up grinding
