Multiple Producers

There is a + by Producer that you can use to add up to 2 additional producers.
Do they help (stacking skill) or is it averaged? Is is based on the highest and the others can be used as interns to learn?

You use one producer for each movie, all the way until it is out of theaters. If you have a second producer, you can make a second movie when the first one goes into post-production (the first producer will still be attached to that first movie). You can also get an advancement on the producer building that allows a single producer to work on two movies at once, but I've still needed a handful of producers to really get going.

You can assign up to three producers to a movie. There is a + button that adds up to two additional slots for them.

Oh, I definitely misread your question and was thinking you meant hire new producers when you said add additional producers. My mistake! I haven't tried using multiple producers on a movie and I guess I didn't even notice that in my 4 plays to the end of the demo lol! Sorry that my reply didn't address your actual question.

I end up using five to six producers just using one per movie, so I can't imagine having 15 producers working with three per movie. I feel like you'd have to end up using crap rating producers and such at that point... But yeah I'm now also interested in what you're asking, now that I get it haha.
