Is there anyway of training some employees like composers and editors? It's hard to make bad films that lose money.

In the begining, the only way to train them is just the XP they get from making movies. But later in the game, something will come up, you'll see.

At a time ine the game, at arounf 1931/1932 you can choose a path for you studio. One of them grand a cinema school in wich you can train your staff.
