Feature request: custom studio start

Maybe this is already planned, but I think the game would benefit a lot from a "custom start" where we are given a certain amount of starting funds and are allowed to choose our own starting actors and staff, as well as choose the locations for our starting buildings. I would feel a lot more connected to my studio if I wasn't stuck with the same 5 actors because of the tutorial (which I've played through 5 or 6 times now due to restarts).
I'm so excited for the future of this game. The devs are really cooking. I have no doubt this is going to continue improving over the next few years.
