Why suddenly I can't advertise movies anymore

About my 4th movie, when preparing the release, suddenly I can't advertise anymore. I can choose the period, but everything on the other screen is greyed out. It says "A Promotion Office is Required" and I'm forced to release without advertising. Is this a bug?

I think the premise is that the bankrupt studio you bought had paid to advertise the next three. But after that, you need a marketing department, or whatever it's called in the game.

Did this two times now but cant find the marketing department. Nowhere explained what to do. Movies without marketing dont make any money. Game lost again. Maybe its me, but this is the worst game I have tried for a long time.

You need to research Marketing and Outreach in the Distribution department. Unfortunately, it takes 300 days.

The game starts with 3 prepaid adverts, one of which is used on the first tutorial film, once you've used the other 2 you must advertise yourself, to do so you have to research marketing.
