In-House Screenwriters
What do you think — is it worth writing a script with in-house staff? In my opinion, it’s easier to buy a ready-made script or hire a freelance writer to do the job. As I see it, in-house screenwriters are only useful for unlocking tags

absolutely agree....unless you like to roleplay a screenwriter to Quentin Tarantino status or something. :)

My main writer in nov 1930 is already writing some decent stuff.
6-7 quality if I workshop him good ideas.

Though I still buy the best scripts.
