Can we fire people ?

Yes. Go to the staff screen. Then hit the little "i" in the top right corner of anyone's listing to bring up the screen specific to that person. Fire button is at the bottom.

I still dont see where you lose money if you fire people, you would think their contract has to be paid out, but doesn't seem that way?? Especially odd since one of the upgrades means you can fire without having to pay out contracts, but my $$ balance never changes when I fire someone from the start, am I just missing it?
