the only big problem with the woke movement is the attempt to change the past according to current values. In literature, cinema, art,poetry, music, etc.....

I believe this game is something more than "realistic management"; it deals with values, amorality too, the "brutal jungle" of the search for the American dream" at that time.

If that is what reality was then simulating that is realism. Just like Hollywood Mogul. The gold standard for these type of games. (not the Movies like some incorrectly states)

Hollywood Mogul was used by actual pros in the Business, that is how good it was :)

Although the correct location would be Los Angeles not Houston ;).

I'm not sure how realistic the pedo stuff is because... wouldn't stars have kept that kind of thing a secret, for fear of it impacting on their career ( like in the Bill Cosby case but more extreme )?

If everyone kept it a secret, how would anyone know kind of thing?

I don't know if stars talked about what it was like to work in Hollywood back then.

The entertainment industry long before 'Hollywood' was known for it's relative moral debauchery, and scandals. It was, of course, well known, to an extent before Cosby. The Studio system was infamous for their horrible treatment of young stars.
