BUG: Items picked up not showing on map/inventory

Got a weird bug after latest update. In devoured village mission Items do not show up on the ground, but they can be picked up, but they do not get added to inventory. already tried usual suspects, reloading, restarting, updates, etc, etc. I'll try on a different machine in a bit.
