I'll start with the cons:

- weak optimization. on RX 6800XT small drops during the game (5-10 fps), and constant and strong drops during cutscenes (20-30 fps). And this despite the fact that the game with its not the most complex graphics was automatically set to medium-low settings;

- some names of items are not translated;

- this is more subjective. for some reason, items have descriptions, but equipment does not. I would like to read about the Hound set and others;

- it is unclear whether weapons have weight - the stats seem to show some changes, but the weight of weapons is not indicated;

- levels of pick-up equipment items. I hope that the item you like can be pumped up in the future, and not just grind for its improved version;

- PS5 controller doesn't work in wireless mode on PC


Pros:
- good musical accompaniment;

- visual style;

- combat mechanics. This really got me hooked — A kind of mix of some slasher, souls-like and Sekiro. I really liked that the stamina scale is used not only for blocking but also for striking, that is, you need to think through your offence/defense wisely. Unlike Sekiro, Khazan also has a large combo variability. And most importantly — there are no strange input delays for parries and attacks (like Stellar Blade, its demo was very disappointing);

- bosses (at least two shown) also have a variability of attacks, and they are well readable;

- game has a PS5 layout.


I will pre-order the game, but I really hope that you will tighten up the optimization (it was the most depressing during the gameplay)

It's strange people are having performance issues, i'm running a RX 6600 XT with zero issues whatsoever

Optimization is amazing, prob it is on amd cards. I have nvidia and the game run buttery smooth. It also plays amazing with fluid combat, alot of qol in soul genre

The only bad thing is .... the game is just too damn easy, so unless there is real challenge. The main game will be boring if no real challenge

See thats the thing, both OP and i have amd cards, but his is having issues even though his is by all means better than mine.

i think these newer cards just aren't the way to go.

I'm still running twin 2080ti cards in NV-Link (SLI) and the game ran 4k 60 with no problems.
