I'm not getting ''master of chaos set'' when i beat Ozma 2 times. Am i missing something?

its bugged. they are working on fixing the bug and retroactively rewarding it to people who should have it

Apparently they released a patch that might have fixed this literally a few minutes ago. Try updating game and see if anything changes.
