Map completion points

Howdy!

So I'm trying to 100% the game and I'm cleaning up jar boys and soulstones I missed.
I 100% Blacksmith's Heirloom side quest only to notice - uh no actually it says 4\5 .
What? Why?

Anyone know what counts for map completion points in this instance? It's irking the absolute sh*t out of me lol.

Edit : Witch's Castle missing a point but full Jars\soulstones too.

Go to memories and see where approximately you missed something. You probably just didn't pick up a collectible.

Yeah I missed a lore item near the 2nd Nexus, the Bearius journal. Balls. I gotta redo allllll of the Witch's castle thing lol. Least I'm a spear build so Trokka gets stomped.
