With Constantine the Devoted and specific upgrades in Phantom form. Can you just transform, De-transform, use one spirit, transform again? I ask because with avatar and shockwave, you can get damage on your trasnformation and it only costs 1% instead of 25% lol. With 1 spirit, you get 5% back so you can immediately do it again, avoiding all damage and effectively becoming a god nuke.
