Hp dropped to 1 after doing a brutal attack bug?

Does that brutal attack normally hit 3 times? it starts with 27024, then 33780 and then another 33780.

Bloodthirsty fiend dual wield has a fixed ability that upgrades the phantom sword dance ability, which includes giving your brutal attack a third hit

doesn't look like a bug then, that's 94000 damage for that brutal attack.

I also had this hp bug a few times but it's rare.
The bug only appears if you use this set.
