where is scroll to craft lightning weapon and stuff?

i can craft fire earth and poison but cant craft lightning and water weapon elemental?

the water element is the drowned witches set, but you need a legendary epic grade weapon (NG++) for it to have the fixed attribute to get water, however it's still not very good, after a ranged attack you have water element for 5 seconds.

Lightning, I think is the elemein set (crushed dreams) you get lightning for 10 seconds after brink guard.

There is also a lightning spear you get when you beat Ozma, to craft it you need to find the recipe in NG+ in the Witches Castle level.

oh i mean to craft the lightning element for your weapon..it gives your weapon temporary lightning elemental..

Check the Daphrona Codex, you probably need to defeat an specific enemy in a specific way, or if you already did, you have to retrieve the scroll reward that allow the blacksmith in your base to craft that consumables.

Double-Edged Butcher gives me 10 water enhancers and not the scroll, though.

Some scrolls are not in the Codex and have to be found in main/secondary missions. Or at least I thought that.
