Theres no option in the load menu

You are on a computer. Open up save folder and copy files somewhere

I dont want a backup, I want a save file duplicate, so I have both of the same saves in game. One for NG+ and one to stay normal

The game doesn't have this functionality. Your only choice is to keep 2 separate saves yourself. If that's too much work for you, then don't do it.

C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\The First Berserker Khazan\Saved\SaveGames\YOUR-STEAM-ID

This is where all your saves are. Just copy all the files in that folder to somewhere else.
