Yep too frustrating
Uninstalled. I understand some folks love that achievement of beating really hard bosses and all. Hats off to you all. And maybe I can get through a few more bosses if I punish myself (Specter of Valbiano or whatever did it in for me)

But I guess I just reached that point of facing a boss 30 times to learn everything and get my hands to do the thing right, the fun went right out the window. Not knocking folks that love this. Does seems to be a great game. Coming off of Lords of Fallen 2.0, where it was just right, kind of spoiled me I guess.

Uninstalled twice myself, still finished it. Tried taking a day or two off? It did help me without ruining what boss patterns i've already memorized.

Is it no longer Lords of the Ganksquads since 2.0?
No worries man. If you don't enjoy this genre or this specific game. It is time to move on. There is no, "You suck!" police trying to put you down for not enjoying the game.
Yeah, I might come back after a few other backlogged games. I mean the world is nice, the combat and exploration in between the bosses is nice. I've enjoyed plenty of souls type games. But dam, this might be the one that's a little too much for this gamer. Appreciate the adult , sensible responses!
What I personally find frustrating is that I have no longer the time to spend on fighting the same boss at least 2-3 hours, until I do the perfect game and beat them. The game of course is good, is rewarding, and I will probably go for all the achievements as well, but yeah. Sometimes it can be just "too much".

Mate... just finised the boss on normal difficulty and ashamed to be admiting this but... it took me about 3-4 hours LOL ! (2 game sessions)

Hot tip, stop carring about beating the boss for a bit and just "waste your time" practicing "reflecting" the bosse's moves (not counterattack, reflect), many of them are easy to do so.
Choosing and focusing on getting proficient with "reflections" on this fight and practicing this will give you the win as it shutdowns most of his hard hitting moves. (stacking fire debuffs)

Practicing on "reflections" will also perfect your "counterattack" timing as well giving you an almost bullying way to kill this darn fkn annoying boss. xD

Check your gear as well for any fire resistance accesories, i had a very good fire resistance ring but didn't even notice and didn't equip it... (sucker)

[edit] One last thing i forgot... there's an armor in "The Crevice" (the living side)
Find the statue of the Spartan and dash through the wall that he's facing towards to reveal a secret path to a chest.
Contained within the chest is an armor with a TON of fire resistance
(great stas as well) ...a full set!
Too bad i figured it out after i killed it... X_X
Just killed him again after killing him once, reflect.. counterattack, reflect, counterattack and the fiend goes bye bye !!!
(wear fire resistance gear!)

...as i truly feel your pain i hope this hepls.
Cheers! ^^

Still muddling through NG+ while messing around with the boss rush modes. Haven't gotten bored yet.

To each their own.

the choice is your freedom, would love to know which boss screwed you over so hard in the hopes of giving a few tips to entice you to re-install?
Difficulty wise I would say its on par with Sekiro. Sekiro might even be a bit easier. 24 tries needed for final boss true ending.
its understandable if you suck at the game and rage-uninstall all the time, but you know that when the time comes, you'll come back.
I used to do it everytime with Doom Eternal

Honestly, I suck at dark souls type games. And this game puts limits on skills per boss, and level of weapons. And I gotten over half way through the game so far. And i pretty much just X and Y attack, nothing special. Treat bosses like a dynasty warriors game.

Dynasty warriors orgins is harder. Sure I beat it. But I cant beat lu bu for Ted hare. He is harder than these bosses so far.

One thing I noticed to... achievements, until I beat my most recent boss 43% have done. 65 to 75% of all players have beaten previous bosses. That's a high amount and contradicts the game being hard, in my opinion.

This game is different from Souls games. Those games you just dodge > light attack = victory. This one you gotta learn combos, most bosses (at least each phase) is dead in 2 or 3 combos. When you kill them fast like that you only need to deal with them defensively a few times. Also you can stop a lot of mechanics by properly brinkguarding, parrying, attacking them. Once you get it it's really nice

Bs. I die just walking in that game. Elden ring. I never even made it to a boss. Dwo lu bu red hare unclaimable, this game is just a dynasty warriors x y attack. Block button masher.

I'd say Sekiro is way easier. I beat the whole game with just pressing L1/R1

I didn't really get to l1 l2 until now. Saying that. I think now the game turned up the pressure on the water witch boss. Some elites in the castle as well as water witch girl are beyond me.

It's cool though I did enjoy playing the game til now. But as these type games, in general I am not good at, I probably move on to something more relaxing. Fantasy life the girl that steals time.
