Reese advice?
Already very tired by this game, and yet another unfair boss with two freaking stages. For whom I cannot see the parry timing at all. Any advice how to defeat the second stage? 50+ tries and I can't still get the timing.

If you start to find the game tiring and no longer enjoyable you should take a little break? No reason to force yourself to play it. Trying to beat a boss with low morale will just make the experience more frustrating.
No need to play if you do not enjoy the game at this stage. I would not describe her as unfair by any aspect though, a break may be needed.
I will take a break, but some advice would be helpful.

She's unfair, because she has two stages, she has an attack that takes 80% of my HP (I have 4111 HP), while I barely scratch her with my 960 Atk DMG, and her second phase is more thicc than the first. What the worst, I cannot see at all the parry timing, except for magic attacks and for counterattack (these are easy).

I agree with the posters about taking a break. The next boss(es) aren't going to be any less frustrating. If you're looking for specific advice, I was using greatsword for the entire game, switched to spear and first tried Reese, so that might be applicable here.

Why not just youtube for tips? She is one of the easier bosses though.

she is hard* not unfair
her scythe attack timing are a bit difficult to get.
but a good dish, a good rest, and you ll pass her =)
She took me many tries also. Some small tips fresh off my head:

- Use Golden Set + Trance build if you're using spear. Completely obliterates her first phase making it a non-issue. In general this set is powerful against humanoid bosses (which the next boss also is).
- Don't bother Brink Guarding all of her scythe combos. I usually dodge the first two then Brink Guard the rest.

Taking a break would be a good idea because the next boss took me almost 3 times the attempts with Reese lol.

Have beaten her after 100+ tries, but only because I had to learn how to parry her, no luck otherwise. Certainly the most difficult boss (to me) in this game so far. No other boss had so many attack patterns, variations in attacks, and combos. Not to mention she had resistance to every single element, so throwables or enhancers were of no use.

DLSS OFF, NVIDIA Reflex boost recommended.

That's the way this game is, you suffer until you memorize attack timings precisely enough to parry/dodge everything.

I can certainly tell you won't be pleased by the final boss either :lolskull:
Bastard kept pulling new moves 'out the backside' even after ~30 tries.
