Bug with phantom form and brutal attack

Welp i crashed 2 times since the update, never had any problem before. it seems like when i press B to do a brutal attack if i press even a little bit Y it doesn'T know what to do and close the game.
(i do not have any skill points to do a brutal without breaking the stamina bar)
if i only press B for the brutal and i don't switch to phantom its fine and if i do phantom while there is no brutal attack that can be done its fine too.

so yea don't do phantom form while you can activate a brutal attack
