I can't seem to get the Plague cleanse potion???
So I killed a summoner in 1 hit for the plague potion recipe. Still can't craft it?

So i for sure 1 shotted the summoner and sill no recipe?

go back to the crevice and then try again. if it still doesn't work, restart the game and try again.

sometimes the bonus training bugs out.

Just to be clear, there was a bug in the game where codex challenges could not be completed if you have previously failed the challenge in the mission you are currently at. You had to go back to The Crevice and load back into the mission to try again, and if you fail again you had to go out again. However, this bug should have been fixed in the latest patch. Just in case, leave mission and come back to see if you can complete the challenge then.

I finished the mission already. I should be able to go back and do it though?

After you complete the challange, you also have to claim the reward in codex. I realised this in fourth act and almost completed the game without this recepie =_=

FYI, you CANNOT backstab him to complete the challenge. You have to really do an attack on him. What I did was stalking him from behind, looking for a moment, and then charge attacking with my biggest one hit attack.

Totally struggling to get the boar challenge working correctly. I throw the spear it collapses I kill it, but it just spawns another boar. With no indication of it working
