Whats the refresh rate on Bard shop?

I'm trying to stock up willpower ORBS but what triggers the shop refresh?
- TIme? 30 min in game time?
- Leaving mission then coming back?
- Blade nexus activation?

finish a level => Killing rhe first boss make it refresh or any boss. And maybe when load the game.
