Press L3 at the Blacksmith!

You are not locked in to only being able to craft epics! Pull up a armor set you'd like to craft, and press L3 to change from wanting to craft a common, uncommon or epic set. I believe this goes for anything the blacksmith can craft that's weapons and armor.

The commons and uncommons require very little resources/materials.

Just something I found out about that totally escaped me the first 20 hours I was playing.
So I figured others might have missed this, as well.

If you have epic gear unlocked, the fixed bonuses they give are so OP, why would craft anything else? It's quite easy to collect the resources required to craft them by just playing the game.

To be honest I didnt know this. But i didnt craft any armor until very late in the game and then i had plenty of recources anyway.

It's not great when things like this are overlooked while playing through a game.
But I thought I'd point it out bc I was stuck at Elamein with a random set of armor, but then I went and crafted a Uncommon set for the Ashen Wolf, and since that fit my style with the Greatsword AND gave me an extra heal, I was able to beat her!

Yea, I didn't know that. Plus if you have limited resources and you just need that last piece to get the set bonus you want.... well, maybe you can get it now.
