This isn't the only forum he's done that in. He wrote paragraphs upon paragraphs trying to claim that Lies of P was unfair, despite the game providing tools to deal with every situation.

Before Trokka most of them. Trokka, Bellarian and Skalpel are still ok. After that it's just gimmicks and nothing else. You can argue about how gimmicky Rangkus and Maluca are, but I would say Rungkus has maybe just 1 or 2 attacks that are on the gimmicky side while Maluca's most fight is gimmicky. Every boss was fairly reasonable before Ilyna, starting with her they became stupid. Note I didn't say hard, I said stupid :)

-sequence where you have to break the rock
-giant bow and arrow attack
-entire third phase centered around hitting you and inflicting you with chaos instantly while pushing a phantom out of you but you do the same with his health bar with gimmick brutal attacks

Lmao Lies of P is actually much more forgiving than Demon Souls and the first 2 Dark Souls wtf

Ok, I have skill issues. So in your eyes it means nothing I say is valid? Like, this game was not made to play, it was made so that kids could flex, is that what you are trying to say?
And BTW, I beat the whole game and killed every boss dozens of times. Just an FYI.

-You can literally avoid all elements in this game by dodging, if you're only parrying that's on you for not adapting to the boss.
-So... dodge his attacks? terrifying concept.
-Just beat the rock, it's a 10 sec moment or less in a 3-5 min fight.
-Literally skill issue, it's a normal attack just dodge it or parry it.
-Third phase is literally the easiest to break his poise and do obscene amounts of damage.

I don't think elements are gimmicks. But before I go any further, what exactly defines a gimmick? Some weird mechanic the player doesn't have access to?

No, I mean that if you are presented with a choice to adapt or actually have valid objective complaints beyond your lack of skill and interest then that's fair.
If you're complaining because you can't get over it or are stuck even if the game presents you the tools to win then all you're doing is complaining because of a you issue and don't deserve the time of the day.
