NG+ crafting

Is there an alternative way in NG+ to get late game boss mats other than the 3 I can buy from the jar enthusiast?

Yup, if you went to NG+ without farming, you gotta farm him in NG+, bright side though, he drops 2 instead of 1 lol.

Dunno, last I checked he wasn't working, but he has since been fixed.

I guess let me know if you find out. I'm trying to find out online, but no luck yet. I''m trying to get at least enough mats for a full set of everything before going in, but if he restocks then I can just use the other 3 he sells and be fine. Surely the boss set pieces will randomly drop from enemies all throughout NG+ at least.

He does not restock unfortunately.

Well i could be wrong, but in NG+ and higher you might be able to get away with doing the revenge path. this would save quite some time in farming Ozma. i did the true ending on my first run, so i had to spend more time . killed him 2 more times, saw no material drop and just moved onto NG+. why a boss with that many phases isnt an 100% drop rate and maybe even multiple materials per kill is beyond me.

I tried to get his set in NG0 since the scroll currently does not drop. I was only able to get 4 pieces, and 1 of them was unique still, but I got 12 materials from him. Let's hope Neople fix this issue soon.

i must be playing post patch or something. i got the scroll off him. but its the materials he wasnt giving me. i managed to have enough anyway for transmog but i was kind of curious to see if it could outperform the Bloodthirsty set for Dual Wield. i had extreme doubts it could, but was still curious.

I feel that. Not enough to say it's bugged, but ♥♥♥♥ I'd probably give up on it too. I don't even know how good it is or if I'd even get around to putting it on

on paper the set doesnt even look that good. least imo not as good as the Unending or Bloodthirsty sets.

maybe I'll just see how easy it is for me to kill him and if it's a pain I'll just move on too. I got enough for one of all the rest so that should keep me occupied enough I'd hope. Do you know if you can get boss gear to drop randomly from enemies in NG+? That would seal it for me for sure.
